All guests will enter in through the MAIN DOORS of the venue for dancer check-in.

Dancers need to check in 30 minutes BEFORE PERFORMANCE TIME.

Please arrive ON TIME, in first costume with hair and makeup complete. 

Dancers will not be able to check-in until they are 100% ready.

After check-in, parents can wait in lobby until their dancer's recital is ready to start.

Please label all costumes, accessories and shoes with dancer's name. Details on how to package and label costumes are available here.

If your dancer has multiple costumes, they can bring all costumes back stage when they first arrive.

Parents will need to help facilitate costume changes between shows.

If a costume change takes place DURING the show, the dancer's teacher will help with that, if help is needed.

Kids ages 12 and under can have one parent come back stage during the break RIGHT BEFORE their child's next performance to help with the costume change.

ALL spectators will need to exit the theater between shows.

When the curtain closes after each recital, ONE PARENT per dancer is invited to line up on the WEST SIDE OF THE LOBBY to go pick up their dancer. 

Please DO NOT get up DURING the show to go pick up your dancer. 

Your dancer is free to leave immediately following the grouping of their last performance.

All other audience members will exit the theater and exit out the north doors unless your dancer is in the next show.
